Donor Programme

A donor programme is available. Consultation is required to discuss individual circumstances and appropriate next steps.

Donor Programme

The donor programme may include egg, sperm or embryo donation options when clinically appropriate. Programme suitability and next steps are reviewed with the patient during consultation.

About Donor Programme

We have the following types of donations:

  • Egg donation Women unable to produce eggs can use the donor eggs which are then fertilized with the sperm and the embryo formed is implanted into the uterus.
  • Sperm donation When the male partner is unable to produce sperm then the donor sperm is used which is then utilized in the fertility treatments like IUI or IVF.
  • Embryo donation When a couple does not have viable gametes of their own, they may choose to use embryo donation, allowing them to receive embryos from another donor to undergo IVF treatment.
  • Genetic Concerns Genetic concerns may lead a patient to discuss donor options with the fertility specialist.

When may a donor programme be discussed?

Donor programmes provide an additional treatment pathway for selected patients dealing with infertility, age-related fertility decline or genetic concerns.

At Conceiva Fertility, programme availability, consent requirements and treatment planning are explained during consultation. Laboratory or diagnostic partner details are not published.
